We get the new name approved, send you the appropriate Resolutions, and send you a copy of the new certificate of incorporation.

Trusts:
We do not provide a Trust forming service because we do not believe that Trusts can be successfully and safely formed over the Internet. They require careful planning and discussion; wrong decisions at the start can cause problems later which can not be fixed. We suggest that you discuss Trusts with your Accountant or Solicitor. (But ask for a quote).

Professional advice:
We are happy to answer your questions about companies. There is no charge. But our advice will be confined to the mechanics of setting up a company, and general information about the running of companies. Detailed advice about accounting or legal matters should come from your own professional advisor, who can spend the time to find all the relevant information.
