If you form your company yourself you will finish up with a certificate of incorporation and nothing else. The Companies Act requires a new company  to have (and do) a variety of other things as soon as it registered. Speed and convenience
We form a lot of companies. We know how to do it on the first attempt, without mistakes or delay. It is reasonably simple to form a company but people who are new to the process can find it confusing and frustrating.

Our company folders
Our companies are delivered to you in a binder which has these advantages:

• It keeps the company's records and registers tidy and accessible, which helps you to keep the Resisters up to date

• It can be used as a Minute Book

Our Company CD
The one disadvantage of a company is that you are expected to keep records, and keep them up to date. We supply the records on paper, but when directors or shareholders or addresses change you need to update the Registers and advise the Ministry of Economic Development.
We have developed a computer program which makes this job much easier, and we supply it with each company. (You need windows)
