The Company
Standard Companies Ltd. was established in 1990 to provide straightforward, high quality support in company procedures for Accountants, Solicitors and the general public. A list of some of our services is in the services section.

We form thousands of companies each year, and have the experience and systems to work quickly, efficiently and cheaply. In particular we provide all the documentation you need to comply with the Companies Act. And in a format (indexed folder and computer program) which makes record-keeping and compliance with the Act easy. See description.

Richard Salisbury Started the business in 1990, and is the person you should contact for more information. He has 20 years practical experience in company procedures, has lectured company and business law and has a Bachelor of Laws degree. The Location of our Business

Standard Companies Ltd started in New Plymouth in 1990. Almost all of our work is done on the internet so we have used the opportunity to change where we work from frequently and now are based in Port Villa, Vanuatu. But to make us easy to communicate with, we have an office in Pahia and all you enquries and correspondence can go to that office

GST

Because we now based in Vanuatu, we do not add GST to our bills ( and you are therefore not able to claim a gst refund on the amount)

How Your Orders Are Processed

You do not need to worry about the details of the formation. We give you clear instructions at each stage and all the stages can be completed very fast. We routinely complete companies within 24 hours. This is what happens :

• Orders which you send us (by email. fax or off our website) go straight to Richard at Port Villa.
• He obtains Name approval and sends the first set of forms to you (Consent forms to be signed by the company's officers)
• He then files the details at the Ministry of Economic Development and emails the complete set of company forms and Registers to Lynne at Pahia.
• When you return your signed consent forms ( also to Lynne at Pahia) she completes the registration, prints off the registers and couriers them to you.
